To become a part of the co-creative team at Moving Forward Australia there are obviously some guidelines as well as some initial financial outlays. The guidelines are more important than the financial investment as the monies outlaid are recouped rather easily for accredited facilitators and for this reason the product requires protection more than the common individual aspirations to be the instructor on others lives.
Basically, a fully accredited instructor of Moving Forward 1, 2 and Diluting the Icebergs creates their own training organisation under the umbrella of Moving Forward itself. This has huge benefits as collectively the programs are delivered at a specifically accredited level ensuring continuity of quality for the programs while allowing for the individual instructors to construct their own training modules through the Moving Forward concept.
The curriculum of Moving Forward Australia facilitation
and instruction requires a very intensive evaluation
process and on completion the requirement to submit
a comprehensive paper in relation to the subject
matter that the participants will bear witness to
within the conducted programs.
This may intimidate some, however the mere
intimidation itself is a personal challenge and requires
some to address their own icebergs in relation to
achieving their mission in life.
Below is an outline of how the curriculum is constructed:
Training and licensing to deliver Moving Forward 1
Training and licensing to deliver Moving Forward 2
Training and licensing to deliver Moving Forward –
Diluting the Icebergs
On completion of the above the licensee now has developed its own semi-autonomous training structure that has the added support of all other Licensees as well as the Licensor. The concept of Moving Forward is to transmit a Co-creative organisation that transmits and delivers the programs of the licensor’s product range with high integrity.
