With in excess of 21 years experience in the Human Development field David Sherry, along with his life partner Maree, opened Moving Forward Australia in 2006. With an extensive resume of study and educational aids developed by David including a comprehensive training manual, David decided it was time to go Co-creative in the true sense of the word. Hence, the development of the Co-facilitator model of MFA.

With this in mind David submitted the comprehensive manual for accreditation to the International Enneagram Association for MFA to be accredited as a school back in 2009. While emails were flying backwards and forwards over this period, the IEA's committee became au fait with David's spiritual perspective of the Enneagram and understood why it was necessary that his other programs and particular stages of the curriculum were needed to be completed in order to be accredited by his school.

On Thursday 28th April 2011 Moving Forward Australia received full accreditation for its curriculum of studies to be a school of the International Enneagram Association. This enables the school to accredit teachers and Master teachers in the Enneagram curriculum of MFA.

Gaynor first met David Sherry when she completed a four day program David was conducting in 1999. From there she continued her growth through many programs and joined the team at MFA in 2006. From that day Gaynor's enthuiasm and commitment to the cause saw her excel as a co-facilitator to the point where she was soon assisting others with the process. Her commitment assisted her in completing all of the set assginments of MFA and with this in order she now graduates as MFA's inaugural Master Teacher.
