Fiona Waldock
Fiona has recently completed the Moving Forward-Diluting the Icebergs workshop and Personality Plus and is now focusing on facilitation with Moving Forward Australia. Fiona has spent the last three years at University studying her Bachelor of Education and is now taking a break to concentrate on her family and herself. With great people skills and enthusiasm Fiona is now using these attributes along with her knowledge gained from uni to assist others and future clients of Moving Forward Australia.

Gaynor has been a registered nurse for 16 years and a clinical nurse for 3 years. Her experience in this field adds tremendously to the aftercare aspect of Moving Forward Australia and it’s considerations of it’s clientele. In addition to nursing Gaynor is currently assisting her husband in the martial arts industry enabling her to transmit various aspects of temperament control to clientele. Gaynor completed a personal development workshop in 2003 and continued on to co-facilitate that particular program until joining Moving Forward Australia. She is currently Vice-Pricipal of MFA and is a fully qualified Master Teacher of MFA and the International Enneagram Association.

Janet Coxall: www.janetcoxall.com
Janet started her career as a registered nurse over 28 years ago. Since
then she has completed a diploma in counselling and personal development. Janet has also being involved with the WA Aids council implementing their education program using her expertise in public speaking. Now she has joined Moving Forward Australia as a facilitator and is currently managing Waddi Bush Resort in Badgingarra north of Perth
where she assists in organising the personality plus workshop with co- faciliators Des and Vicki.
Vicki Baccini:
Vicki initially attended a personal development program back in 1979 and since that time continued to expand her knowledge in the field of personal development as well as creating her professional career in nursing. Vicki was also introduced to David Sherry in 2000 and undertook and completed the Personality Plus workshop facilitation that she now conducts with her husband Des.Vicki is a fully qualified Enneagram teacher of MFA and the International Enneagram Association.

Robyne McKay has studied personal development since 1985 and has experienced many different growth modalities including art therapy, hypnosis, co-counselling and completed the Personality plus seminar in 2005. Robyne is expanding her qualifications as a facilitator with Moving Forward. Her background includes qualifications in Massage, Astrology, Training, Finance & Accounting. She has also studied Tibetan Buddhism since 1995, and was previously Assistant Director of Buddha House, Adelaide and acting National Co-ordinator for Australia in 1999.
Lorraine Trask:
Lorraine is another one of the Leadership Team that happens to be a fully qualified nurse. In addition to nursing accreditation, Lorraine also has many more qualifications. These include venepuncture therapy, ECG therapy and practice, cardio pulmonary resuscitation, senior and advanced first aid, certificate 111 health assistance, certificate 11 manutention, safety supervisor certificate.
Lee Bucci:
Since the mid nineteen seventies Lee has be involved in the field of personal development in one form or another. Constantly searching for answers over these years, Lee struggled with the challenges of life inlcuding life threatening cancer. Having completed the Diluting the Icebergs program, Lee couldn't wait to join the team and begin his new learnings to assist others with their own individual struggles.
Catheryn Wright:
As a fully accredited Beauty Therapist, it is often said that Catheryn is a natural born counsellor. Although just beginning her offical studies with MFA in late 2010, Catheryn brings to the table many aspects of personal interaction and wellness techniques to assist people in their own growth.
Peter Beaven-Davis
Peter met David Sherry back in 1997 when he completed a workshop David was conducting. Since then Peter has studied intensively with David and is now a full time Life Coach and Personal Development Instructor. Peter is also a fully qulalified Enneagram teacher with MFA and the International Enneagram Association. He trains people all around the globe and also assists in the organisation of personal development events.
Jode Marinovich:
With her husband Dion, Jode has spent the last ten years assisting others in the field of personal development via many training programs. Prior to this she was teaching as a qualified teacher and now with four beautiful children she is enjoying her connection and learnings with Moving Forward Australia. Having been introduced to David Sherry and his teachings in 1996 Jode and her immediate family have excelled in the field of personal development and she is very exicited to be able to share this excitement with others today.
Emma Walker:
Since her first experiential workshop in 2001, Emma has had a continued and passionate interest in personal development for herself and as a way of parenting to her two beautiful boys. She has been a high school teacher for 14 years and has counselling and training experience in the community and corporate field. She believes Moving Forward: Diluting the Icebergs brings about clarity and a deeper understanding of self; not through it’s giving of answers, but through asking the pertinent questions; and she is looking forward to becoming a valued and contributing member of the Leadership Team.
Steve Coxall:
Steve has been a successful family business man in the building industry for many years. He completed Moving forward Diluting the Icebergs in February 2007 and is now putting his new found skills into practice with his business and loved ones. Steve was first introduced to personal development 30 years ago and has grown with the tools developing his skills as a people person along the way. Steve is now concentrating on facilitation with Moving Forward Australia and hopes that by being a part of a well founded team he can put his skills into practice.
Tess Fisher:
Tess came to Moving Forward Australia when a friend encouraged her to attend the workshops. Through her experience at the workshops she discovered a stronger sense of self worth and went on to become a co-facilitator. She is a full time carer and loves the challenge of Moving Forward Australia's curriculum that is enabling her to develop more fully as a person.
Rachel Smith:
Rachel attended Diluting the Icebergs in 2007. After completing it she came on board as a co-facilitator to further her growth as with children still in the home the dynamics within the household have evolved rapidly due to her studies. This also enables her to fulfil a life time passion of helping others.
Cleve:
USA
A leader in the hair design industry in both Australia and Asia, Cleve has been the driving force behind the McMillans group of companies. His drive, enthusiasm, people skills and willingness to embrace the new have assured his reputation as an innovator par excellence. Cleve is brilliant public speaker often asked to present on a myriad of topics, personal development being one of them. Aside from assisting with Moving Forward Australia Cleve is currently completing his "Mastery University" with Anthony Robbins. He is now forwarding his moving forward passion while residing in California USA
Shaun Webb:
Shaun attended Diluting the Icebergs Seminar in June 2008. The initial workshop opened Shaun’s eyes to the value of personal development and subsequently went on to do the Personality Plus program, then on to becoming a facilitator in July 2008. Shaun has a background as an electrical tradesman, since attending his initial seminar he has quickly progressed in his career to a position of senior management. With increased self awareness gained from the seminar Shaun’s quality of life has changed radically for the better.
Jennie Fraser:
Jennie has been working with the Enneagram since 1997. A Registered Nurse & Naturopath with a history of Management - she is a Facilitator and Wellness coach with the Moving Forward Australia Programme. She is skilled with Enneagram facilitation and has a special interest in health ( dis - ease ) issues .Jennie is currently undergoing further studies - Medically and on a Metaphysical level to increase the wealth of knowledge she already possesses.
Collette Hawkins:
Collette joined the facilitation team in 2008 after completing the Diluting the Iceburgs program earlier that same year. Collette believes that becoming a co-facilitator helps her continue her journey of self-awareness and to make a positive difference in her life every day. Collette’s passion to assist people take positive steps to address their emotional pain and move forward with their lives helps balance the hectic pace of her career. Collette’s partner and two step-sons have also completed the program.
Marina Podziuka (Bunbury)
With the techniques, knowledge and understanding that I gained from Moving Forward Diluting The Icebergs, I have witnessed many positive changes in my life and my family’s life. After 15 years of completing several personal development workshops, this program has been the one to deliver outstanding results. So much so that I have joined the team as a co-facilitator, inspiring me to assist others to live in a more harmonious life.
